Brighthire Recruitment was established by Liz, who brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in the recruitment industry, built up over many years in Essex and Suffolk and now applied for clients right across the UK. Liz has constructed a team whose combined expertise, along with the fresh perspectives of newer consultants, has allowed Brighthire Recruitment to move forward with energy and enthusiasm. Liz Mullenger
Director
I began my career as a Junior Consultant and have now dedicated over 30 years to the recruitment industry. Through my career I assumed greater responsibilities, eventually overseeing Industrial and Commercial Divisions. My progression to the role of Director reflects the incredible teams I’ve worked with and our collective success.
I am deeply committed to providing exceptional service to both candidates and clients, always willing to go the extra mile and offer support whenever needed. My success stems from a wealth of expertise in recruitment and the harmonious relationships built with colleagues. I firmly believe in the power of hard work and strive to achieve goals with unwavering determination.
While the pressures of our work can be intense, I find joy in celebrating the little moments with my team. Whether it’s organising small events or enjoying breakfasts together in the office, I understand the importance of fostering a supportive and enjoyable work environment. With over a decade of experience in the corporate recruitment world, including roles at Michael Page and internal recruitment at Fortnum & Mason in London, I bring a wealth of expertise in matching top-tier professionals with prestigious positions. Fluent in Swedish and German, and having lived in both countries, I have broadened my cultural understanding, enhancing my ability to connect with a diverse range of clients and candidates.
Outside of work, you can often find me in the garden, nurturing my plants as if they were my own little green children. Of course, no day is complete without spending quality time with my real children, cherishing those family moments that matter most.
Emma Brown
Healthcare Consultant
When I joined the team, I brought over two decades of experience in temporary healthcare recruitment to the team. Since 2004, I have developed a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the healthcare recruitment landscape. I pride myself on fostering strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring that every placement benefits both parties.
By staying up-to-date with industry trends and maintaining a hands-on approach, I strive to deliver innovative solutions that address workforce shortages while supporting healthcare providers in delivering exceptional patient care. My goal has always been to bridge gaps in staffing with efficiency, reliability, and a personal touch.
Helen Clark MAAT
Accounts Manager
I have been working with Liz as an Accounts Manager since 2018. With over 30 years of experience in the accounting field – most of which has been within the recruitment industry – the past few years have certainly been among the most challenging. As the saying goes, “What doesn’t break us makes us stronger,” and although it may sound harsh, it often holds true. The Accounts Department continues to grow rapidly alongside the business, and I look forward to embracing all the challenges that this growth brings.

Accounts Assistant
I have over 36 years of experience from various finance roles within the public sector and have worked with the team since 2019.
I am a very social person and have taken on the role of the company’s “Entertainments Manager,” organising birthdays and other events for the team.
Outside of work, I spend a significant amount of time abroad, soaking up the sun and enjoying a few cocktails, with a particular fondness for Cyprus and the beautiful island of Kefalonia. Long may this lifestyle continue!

We are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our team, either in the Temporary or Permanent side of recruitment within any sector.
Have you worked as a ‘360’ recruitment consultant before, with a proven track record in B2B development? Can you hit KPIs? You will need to be ambitious and driven to get the results.
What we need from you
- A clean driving licence with no points pending
- Good IT abilities
- A minimum of 2 years’ proven record as a Recruitment Consultant
What you get
- Competitive salary and uncapped commission structure
- Proven OTE £35,000 and above
